Custom Orders: Items that have been customized, engraved, or specially ordered are non-returnable.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refunds:

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
